If you’ve suffered a theft, you can use this service to flag the Traceline™ System with your details. This may help the police find information quicker, should they find your marked stuff.
You’ve acquired an item that is marked with Alpha•Dot but you don’t have the PIN, or, you’ve simply lost your Alpha•Dot PIN.
Use this service if you’ve changed your address or contact details since you last registered. Do not use this service if you have sold or bought a marked item. Use Registration and choose the appropriate option.
Use this service to request a duplicate certificate of registration. Usually as a result of a request from your insurance company or for your own records.
What’s an Alpha•Dot PIN?
An Alpha•Dot PIN is the unique Personal Identification Number that is marked on every single microdot in each marking kit. It is the number we use to trace stolen items and get them back to you, or to help the police with convictions. Your PIN is registered to you and your vehicle or other marked item and is unique.
