You’re marking and registering an item for the first time and you’d like to activate TRACELINE ™ and receive a certificate of registration.
This service is FREE
You’ve acquired a motorcycle, car, cycle or outboard engine that is already marked with Alpha•Dot and you’d like to re-register it in your name. There is a one-off administration fee for this service of £15.00
1.) Request a duplicate registration certificate.
2.) Amend or update your registration details.
3.) Find a lost PIN for a marked and registered item.
4.) Report a theft.
RE-REGISTRATION fee explained:
The one-off fee of £15.00 is to help cover the cost of maintaining and updating the entire database and re-issuing a certificate for an item that is already registered with us. The initial cost of registration is effectively included in the price of the product when you first buy it. We don’t make a profit from the re-registration fee.
