Change My Information

Use this service if you’ve changed your address or contact details since you last registered. Do not use this service UNLESS you are already registered with us. Once we have processed your request, we will email you a revised certificate of registration.

Your request will be dealt with as soon as possible and we will email you, usually within one working day.

Lost PIN request - The Alpha Dot PIN will be emailed to you shortly.

Duplicate certificates will only be sent if the information you have provided matches the existing customer record.

Change of contact details - Your name must match the existing customer record. If you have recently acquired a vehicle and are not that person, you will need to re-register the vehicle in your name.
